Nervous system

Definition  The nervous system consists of brain coma spinal cord peripheral nerve. The nerves health to transmit the message grow the impulses from different part of the body to the brain and spinal cord. The nervous system in divided in following part------- Central nervous system Peripheral nervous system Autonomic nervous system Central nervous system It consists then and spinal cord. Peripheral nervous system It consists of fall nervous outside the brain or spinal cord. Autonomic nervous system It consists of sympathetic and parasympathetic. Neurone  The nervous consist of vast number of cell called neurone. Neurone is the structural and fundamental unit of the nervous system Play Store the neurone are supported by a special type of connective tissue is called neuroglia, each neurone have a cell body and its process. Cell body The nerve cell are vary considered size and shape but they are too small cell body from the grey matter of The nervous system an

Lymphatic system

Lymph is the tissue fluid passes from blood capillaries in the tissue space. The lymph flow in which system called lymphatic system .

Function of the lymphatic system

  1.  Lymph nodes a protect the body against infection by filtering and destroying micro-organisms .
  2. Lymph nodes are sites where lymphocytes are produced .
  3. The lymphatic vessels carry waste products from tissue to blood .
  4. It maintains immunity in the body .

Lymph

Lymph is the clear water fluid similar in position to plasma. Lymph is formed by the filtration of tissue fluid in to lymph capillaries .

Lymph capillaries(lymph vessels)

Lymph capillaries originate as blind - end tubes in the interstitial space . They have the same structure as blood capillaries it means a single layer of endothelial cell a but there wall are more permeable .

Lymph node

Lymph node have on outer capsule of fibrous tissue . The main substance of the node consist of reticular and lymphocytes and microphase lymph nodes have concave surface called the helium where an artery enters vein relerve .
                                Or
Lymph node are the oval or been shaped organs that lies in the groups a long with the lymph vessels . The lymph nodes are very considerably . Size , some are small and some are large .

Function of lymph node

They filter solid particles-------
  • They produce lymphocytes .
  • Production of plasma proteins like glucolin
Lymph hubs serve two significant capacities in the body. They channel lymph and help the safe framework in building an invulnerable reaction. Lymph is an unmistakable liquid that originates from blood plasma that ways out veins at slender beds. This liquid turns into the interstitial liquid that encompasses cells.

Lymph organs (spleen)

The spleen contains reticular and lymphatic tissue and is the layer lymph organs the spleen lies in the left hypochondriac region is the abdominal cavity . Between the fundus of the stomach and diaphragm .
It is purplish in colour and various size . It is usually about by 12cm long 7cm wide and 2.5cm thick . It is weight about 200gm .

Structure of spleen

Spleen is slightly oval shaped organ with the hilliam on the lower medial border the arterial surface is covered by peritoneum .
It is enclosed in a fibroblastic capsule . It cellular material consist of lymphocytes and microphase is called splenic pulp .
The structure entering and leaving the spleen at the hilliam are --------
  • Splenic artery - branch of the coeliac artery
  • Splenic vein - branch of the portal vein
  • Lymph vessels
  • Nervous

Function of the spleen

Phagocytosis - Old and abnormal RBC are mainly destroying in the spleen and break down product bilirubin and iron are transported to the liver via splenic and portal vein .

Storage of blood - The spleen contain up to 350mlof blood and in response to sympathetic stimulation can repidly return most of this volume to the circulation .

Ex - haemorrhage

Immune response - The spleen contains T - cell and B - lymphocytes which are activated by the presence of antigen .

Ex - Infection

Erythropoiesis - The spleen and liver are the important site of fetal blood in cell production .
